Access to and use of https://sacredluminary.com is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Sacred Luminary, LLC may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

1.General Scope

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases of digital products, downloadable content, and electronic guides sold by Sacred Luminary ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, the customer ("Purchaser," "you," or "your") acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee — 30-Day Refund Period

Sacred Luminary offers a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible digital product purchases. Subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3 of this Policy, a Purchaser who is not satisfied with their digital product purchase may request a full refund of the original purchase price within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of purchase.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under this Policy, the following conditions must be met.

3.1 The refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original date of purchase.

3.2 The refund request must be submitted via email to [email protected] from the email address associated with the original purchase.

3.3 The refund request must include, at minimum, the Purchaser's name and the order number or proof of purchase

4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund, the Purchaser must submit a written request to [email protected]. Sacred Luminary does not require the Purchaser to provide a reason for the refund request, nor will the Purchaser be required to complete any additional steps or conditions beyond those stated in Section 3 of this Policy. Upon verification of eligibility, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances render a purchase ineligible for a refund under this Policy:

5.1 Refund requests submitted after the thirty (30) calendar day period from the date of purchase have elapsed.

6. Nature of Digital Products

The Purchaser acknowledges that all products sold by Sacred Luminary are delivered in digital format. Upon delivery of the digital product, the Purchaser will have immediate access to the purchased content. The issuance of a refund does not obligate the Purchaser to destroy or delete any downloaded materials, nor does it constitute a waiver of any applicable intellectual property rights held by Sacred Luminary.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital products sold by Sacred Luminary remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sacred Luminary. The purchase of any digital product grants the Purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Refund of the purchase price does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Purchaser.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

Our performance under our contract with you is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Acts of God continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Acts of God to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under such contract may be performed despite the Acts of God.
